Your students' self-image is making or breaking their education. Learn how to fix it !

Updated: Aug 9, 2021

Self-image is the way we perceive ourselves. It’s what we think of ourselves and it drives everything our students can or can not do. In this workshop, you will learn how to build a positive self-image in your school community. You will also explore the power of the sub conscious brain and its impact on student success.

Over the course of 35 years in education I have seen some inspiring teachers. These professionals are behind success with their students, and they motivate people by helping them become a better person than before. These teachers make students excited about their studies or find solace when they can't quite grasp something on their own - all it takes is for someone to show them how much potential they do hold inside of themselves already.

These teachers have been behind the success of struggling students. They change lives with their advice and words that come from a place filled with love, wisdom, understanding- but also firmness when needed.

If you want to be an effective teacher it is not about simply knowing the content. It is instead a matter of being able to teach others and create an environment that inspires students to learn more effectively from your lessons than anyone else could provide them with in their lifetime.

Sadly, there are still too many teachers (all ages and experience levels) who continue to throw the blame on those who cannot keep up. This is not going to help them learn and grow in any way, shape or form.

If you would like to become the teacher your students always wanted you to be and inspire them to work hard for their dreams, you need to understand the power of your words and actions. You need to understand what you never learned at university or in any professional learning setting.
